Citizen Participation in Transparent and Accountable Government

A group of five rising leaders from Ukraine visited Maine this week to learn more about citizen participation in transparent and accountable government. They visited with Secretary of State Matt Dunlap in his office, discussing ranked choice voting among other topics.
