About The Event

The Coronavirus pandemic has precipitated an unprecedented decline in global trade and investment, with industries like tourism grinding to a halt. At the same time, the crisis has accelerated the digital economy and spurred the integration of boundary erasing technologies into the workplace. What will happen when the virus finally recedes? Will the global economy rebound, or be more fractured and regionalized? Will we return to the office, or conference with global teams?  To explore the lasting impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic on the global economy, the World Affairs Council has assembled a panel of local business leaders to discuss the risks and potential benefits of increased global engagement.

Join us for a discussion with

  • Kevin Therrien: Senior Director, Worldwide Supply, IDEXX

  • Dan Staples: Vice President, Mainstream Engineering, Siemens PLM Software

  • Adam Rubin: Principle and Founder, AWR International

Moderated by Janine Bisaillon-Cary, President, Montserrat Group, LLC
